Hello, I'm Jennie

Hi, I’m Jennie. I'm a holistic doula, empowerment coach and mama who has walked through the complexities of chronic illness, fertility struggles, loss, and motherhood. These experiences have shaped not only who I am, but why I do the work I do.

 

Living with endometriosis, navigating fertility challenges, experiencing loss and welcoming our rainbow babies gave me firsthand insight into what it feels like to need support.  I know how overwhelming it can be when your body, your emotions, and your life all demand attention at once. And I know the profound difference it makes when someone holds space for you with presence, understanding, and care.

 

II focus on supporting women because I am one, and I understand the layers, pressures and resilience of living in a female body. At the same time, my work is fully inclusive: I support all people who define themselves as women and I honour families in all their forms, however they are built or grow. Every journey is unique and every story deserves to be seen, heard, and held with care.

 

Through Natural Souls Empowerment, I offer guidance, support and tools to help women and families navigate life’s transitions. From fertility and pregnancy, to chronic health challenges, to personal empowerment and creative growth. My approach combines heart, presence and lived experience, helping you feel seen, supported and empowered in your own life.

 

I hold space the way I once needed it, with compassion, honesty and deep respect for every individual journey. My goal is simple: to walk alongside you through life’s tender, transformative and often complicated moments.
