Why I Do This Work
My work was born from lived experience.
Walking through chronic illness, endometriosis, fertility challenges, loss, and ultimately motherhood changed me deeply. I experienced both strength and vulnerability. I learned how powerful it is to be truly supported, not just medically, but emotionally and holistically.
I focus on women because I am one. I know the layers, the expectations, the strength and tenderness that come with living in a female body. At the same time, my work is inclusive of all who define themselves as women and I warmly support families in all their forms, however they are built and however they grow.
Natural Souls Empowerment grew from this knowing. I hold space the way I once needed it, with compassion, understanding, honesty and deep respect for every unique journey.
